Agri-export logistics is no longer just about moving crops—it’s about moving trust, transparency, and traceable value across borders. At Bermudez-Mills Holdings, we’ve developed a vertically integrated model that gives us both quality control and supply chain agility.
Our group is built around two core divisions:
BM AgriLink – Export aggregation, smallholder partnerships, and platform-led sourcing
Bermudez-Mills Agriculture – Proprietary farming operations for high-margin export crops
Once harvested, produce is processed through Agrocalidad-certified packing and inspection facilities and prepared for shipment through Ecuador’s key ports—Guayaquil and Manta (ProEcuador 2023).
All data is recorded and tracked via our internal system, including:
Farm origin and certifications
Crop batch ID and temperature logs
Export documents, port data, and EU/UK compliance checkpoints
This gives our buyers—from UK importers to EU retailers—a clear, verified chain of custody.

🚢 Trade Insight
Post-pandemic volatility saw shipping costs rise by up to 400% on some perishable trade lanes (UNCTAD 2022). By integrating sourcing and logistics internally, we reduce third-party dependency and deliver competitively priced, compliant, and timely exports.
From the fields of Ecuador to premium global markets, we manage every step—responsibly and transparently. That’s the Bermudez-Mills way.
